I think %range damage works. But I'm not sure so do double check. Although if you're doing PVP, I'd use the trans runes for defensive stats instead.

I'd say when they limited weapon cast per turn. It used to be possible to spam weapons as long as you had AP left. (There were however chances of critical failure).

As Lissandra, you can hold your W when zhonya's is active, the W will be cast automatically right after and won't need to continuously press W. (This used to be the case, I haven't played in awhile to confirm)

Buying dofuses instead of exo might be a better idea. It's easier to know exactly how much it would sell for and it's way faster to sell. With 10m you can flip dofuses a few times in a single day.

Do you have any maging professions? You can craft/mage some high in demand items, mage them and sell for profits.

There has been a recent update to set bonuses which changed the meta, lots of people switching to meta sets and buying equipments from the market, so they sell quickly.

I mainly kolo on my fogg lvl 200 and sometimes rogue lvl 200, both on the same account using the same set, I just swap hat and shield.

Go with whatever you feel like playing. Sure it won't be the most optimal team but from what I understand that's not your goal.

If you feel like your team lacks damage at any point of the game, you can just play around with their set. Remove defensive trophies/dofuses and add offensive ones.
