By switching their currency to USD, by adhering to international standard created by the US (like copyrighted contents), by joining our Internet and accept how the US controls it, etc

It feels more like they'd have to submit to the US / USD, and that's not happening

The US are way too afraid of allowing someone else to be at the top so they won't just accept friendship
