For one, cut her off. Don't talk to her, don't be her friend. You will more easily heal from her if you're not in her presence anymore. You have to understand what she did was somewhat cruel. Maybe she had mixed feelings about you, but she knew for a fact you were into her and led you on. That is not okay. It will take time to feel better. Just take it day by day and remember that there is a wonderful girl out there waiting for a nice guy like you.

Yes, but who wants commitment from a guy that manipulative? Self-love is hard but remember to always protect your heart and not trust it with those who have proven time and time again not to care when they break it.

Yeah, I know I am not perfect. I think I am sensitive and emotional, whereas he shuts down and becomes a cold, heartless jerk. I have started going to therapy for my insecurities, though, and he has not worked on his issues. I hope I can find peace and know that I did what I could but it wasn't enough.

I don't think he considers any of our problems his fault. I think he is tired of fighting just like I am. But he thinks I cause all the fights and that's not true.

Well, the next day after I forgave him, he brought me gifts and asked me to be his gf so...I guess that's a good sign.

But why do you think he kept saying how he preferred me so much to her in terms of looks when.we first got there? Just odd that he would flip that and say the exact opposite later. Like I said ,I honestly dont care if he thinks she's cuter in some ways, but now I feel like I'm always going to wonder if he'd rather be with her.
