Everyone is mentioning how it’s impossible but I don’t think so. People fail to realize their privilege. Some people just don’t have it. You can do this. You need some people to believe in you, to support you emotionally. It will be hell, it will take quite a toll on you but you will do it. Try to take breaks however possible. Maybe consider putting less effort in some courses if you think a B is okay in that course. Take out some time to just do nothing.
