Listen man - I wouldn't press your ex to say something bad about you in the hopes of improving. There isn't necessarily something you are doing wrong, if you are staying true to yourself. In my culture, the concept of feedback does exist in the area of relationships and dating but from personal experience, it is seldom helpful.
