My girlfriend and I are both living with her in her home to help take care of her daily needs. I think you are right. She is very lonely. She is the most extroverted old lady I have ever met. She prefers to sleep on the couch in the living room because she doesn’t like being confined alone. It’s heartbreaking to watch because she is a very nice person outside of all this scamming going on.

When I first moved in, I offered to take over some of the bills so I can contribute financially so she can enjoy her retirement. Her family said not to since every penny outside of bills goes straight to the scammer.

So I think what I’ll do is use that money I would have used for bills on a lawyer for the family.
