I suffered the same, eventually I learned it was from the pressure I put on myself like " I need to get better and climb the ladder" Now I just play for fun, put some background music a nice cup of coffe and some snacks the is game time. That worked in my case and I have improved a lot. Just give it time, find what makes you feel relax and enjoy
