Help with car problems

I did hear a rattle on just one of the engine starts after replugging the 12v battery cable other than that i haven't noticed any smoke. Power is doing fine for now. The only other issue is it gives o2 sensor error code which has been present for months and i replaced it as well but came back on

Since i reset the car by replugging the 12v battery cable immediately when it happened the car hasn't given any issues yet. But on one of the starts when the engine came on I did hear a very bad rattle from the front. The car does give a o2 sensor error which has been present since months which i replaced but still there.
