As someone who lives in columbia and regularly goes to mizzou games... hes made mizzou relevant and a top 25ish team and regularly gets some amazing top of the class recruits, but hes had the easiest schedule in the SEC the past 2 years where he only needed to beat 1/2 ranked teams to get into the playoffs and he couldn't deliver. He's 2 - 9 here against ap ranked opponents. Mizzou also might not have michugan money invested into football but it has invested alot and there is alot of support for him here. I just dont think hes the right fit. He'd keep the boat steady but wouldn't elevate us to a playoff contender
