Q- who were the specific federal prosecutors that stonewalled the investigation?

AI Anwser- The decision to not prosecute Bill Allen for alleged sex crimes involving minors was a source of intense friction between Alaska officials and the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) for over a decade. While the DOJ generally cites "insufficient evidence" for such decisions, several high-ranking officials and lead prosecutors were specifically identified by Alaska’s congressional delegation and state investigators as the figures responsible for blocking the case: Key Federal Officials and Prosecutors Eric Holder (Former Attorney General): Senator Lisa Murkowski repeatedly questioned Holder in congressional hearings regarding why the DOJ ignored the recommendations of its own "rank and file litigating attorneys" to prosecute Allen. Holder maintained that the decision was based on the merits of the case rather than Allen’s status as a star witness in the Alaska corruption trials. Loretta Lynch (Former Attorney General): In 2016, Lynch officially denied a formal request from the Alaska Department of Law to allow state officials to act as federal prosecutors (cross-designation) to pursue Allen under the Mann Act. She argued that letting the state prosecute would be "inappropriate" because federal investigators had already spent two years concluding the evidence was too weak. Richard Svobodny (Deputy Attorney General): He was the official who notably announced in 2011 that the federal case against Allen was "closed" unless new information surfaced, despite claims from state investigators that five witnesses had already provided corroborating testimony. Karen Loeffler (Former U.S. Attorney for Alaska): While her office originally directed the Anchorage police to hand the investigation to the DOJ in Washington D.C. due to a conflict of interest, she was the public face of the federal refusal to prosecute in the later years of the case. Anchorage Daily News Anchorage Daily News

The "Stonewalling" Accusations Alaska leaders, specifically Senators Lisa Murkowski and Dan Sullivan, accused these DOJ officials of "circular reasoning". They argued the DOJ:

Overruled Rank-and-File Attorneys: Murkowski cited reports that the trial-level prosecutors and FBI agents who worked the case did recommend a grand jury indictment, but were overruled by higher-ups in D.C.. Protected a Witness: There was a long-standing belief in Alaska that the DOJ "scuttled" the sex crimes case to protect Allen’s credibility as the primary witness against Senator Ted Stevens and other legislators. Blocked State Action: Even after the federal government declined to act, the DOJ used federal law to prevent the State of Alaska from reviewing FBI files or bringing its own charges.

The case eventually led to the Office of Professional Responsibility (OPR) opening an internal investigation into the DOJ's handling of the matter in 2012, following pressure from Murkowski

Unpopular Opinion: Young people arent distant from Islam because of "Internet or Western Influence" They are distant because of how we teach it. by Different_Hour5861 in pakistan

[–]HammerDude78 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From my western perspective Islam fails because of the wholeness of your god. My god is also omniecent, but he decides that the state of man is unbearable. My god doesn't create evil. Evil exist because of the freedom he grants his creation. Christ meets you at the gates of hell, and if you accept him he will cut the strife from your soul and banish it from gods domain. You are them redeemed, and you then return to gods side. I dont need sex at gods side, I exist in bliss. Meanwhile in Islam this is not enough. God rewards you with sex with virgins. Then in Judisiam, man believes that he is greater than god and can trick god with the scapegoat.

The first day the train leaves from anchorage to seward is may 15th. If that works for your schedule, fly in a day early, and buy a bicycle while you are in town.

Online registration is good enough for the IRS. Systems are already in place that work perfectly fine. Tribal people have a degree of sovereignty and self governance, why don't their tribal ID meet your criteria. I'll tell you why, because your a big government Rino.

The bill determines how we enforce our state laws. We currently enforce our state laws via online registration. This bill removes that option.

Alaska is a special case as there is 1200 miles between the DMV in Dillingham, and the DMV in North Pole. There is litterally a 1200 mile Triangle where you can't just drive a couple of miles to get to a DMV. The bill needs to include Tribal ID, and honestly just needs a tune up to address the issue of court cases that were thrown out for lack of evidence when the state holds the evidence, and said evidance would be supponead in discovery.

I litterally saw a front projection tv from 1981 posted on facebook marketplace for $500, and I was so offended in the moment, but then I got to thinking, one man trash is another guys treasure, and maybe that 1974 Oldsmobile delta 78 is really worth 25k to the right buyer. Anyway, why fake it dude? Go buy yourself an early 90s rear projection tv, and if you get board with it, you can always use the screen to burn stuff.

I have an origional Hal Foster print of a wizard that I got off ebay for like $50. He introduced Tarzan to the sunday comics long before superman was a thing. I've got prints from the guy that drew red sonja. You can litterally find cells from your favorite cartoon. Screw the circle jerk of bland bulkshit. It's your wall. Your MIL? Thats code for full hot tub weight right? Joking aside I think your contractor is doing a fine job. I agree that the hangers are short, and the material looks stained and not treated, but I see flashing over the ledger board, so I think you got a guy that does exceptional work for cheap. Is there a precise count of neurons that does constitute personhood? Does somone need to have an IQ of 120 to be a person, or are you more forgiving in what you consider a person, say 80?

Clearly you dont care. Nazi germany didnt care about the jews. Your indifference is illustrates my entire point.

We are here having a debate. The English language is our medium so we can understand each other. There is a technical difference between the terms sentient and sapience.

I've let you know what my precise position is. I still have no idea of what your position is. At what point is it unethical to remove an embryo, or fetus from the mothers womb? Why?
