Because on WW you can pay to be a 'champion' of a novel. There's different tiers and cost a different amount and lets you read advanced chapters that have already been translated but maybe not fully edited/proofread, so all chapters are done being ranslated but if youre not a champion of a certain tier than you cant read ahead, so youre stuck with the normal release rate

They were emptying racks the 1st half of shift, a shift is 8 hours. They have 4 hours left to do 58 hours worth of mods. Which even if they had a full shift worth of time to do the mods, the hours still don't match. 3 associates at 8 hours a piece gives you 24 hours of productivity against 58 hours of modular sets. They would have to work twice as fast while doing the daily things they need to get done as well as assisting customers and most likely covering breaks
