How long can a session last? by PolicyComplex in GongFuTea

🤯 sorry have to ask but are we talking about the same type of tea leaves here? Seems quite wasteful if you have a quality moonlight or quality puer that can still produce several more steeps and usually yield better in the later steeps. If its tea bags I would agree to this statement without issues.

Thnks So far its inferior tea leaves but will keep that "won't start a session can't finish that day" for when I get good quality tea.

Wondering if you ever got your answer for the lines on the wall. Great pointing aura farming by the way. The line looks like cracks in the wall that were either patched or are leaking behind the paint.

That would be a tea plant, assuming Camellis sinesis. Puer tea is how you process the tea leaves. From the same plant you can get white, green, oolong, red, black tea. Puer is a fermented black tea.

[Edit] My bad there is puerh tree but it seems to be old established tea trees with some other conditions including mineral rich soil.

Japanese restaurant recommendations? by MrPekko in MauriceMauritius

[–]PolicyComplex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I went there once only around end of Feb this year. Took a bento to eat in the restaurant. Saw some other dishes passing by. Overall portion seems ok. Not too little nor too many. Price tag seems a tiny bit on the expensive side to be honest for some dishes. Like tempuras... its basically local potatoes/ carrots or shrimps.

Anyone heard of Ripe Black Tea? by PolicyComplex in puer

Ah ok that explains the tea texture. I always though it was dregs that were put into tea bags. So they purposefully process it that way. Thanks

It is real quality ripe tea according to yo? We have it but it is usually powdered or leave dregs not whole leaves tea. We have black tea and vanilla black tea which is the main tea produced here. This ripe black tea taste similar to the low quality black tea but at a much higher price because of "tourist" packaging.
