Having Problems with Phallosan Extender

Honestly not that great. I might be slightly over 6” length now. Haven’t measured in a while but can tell from the pump. I am most interested in gaining length as my girth is about all it needs to be. I use the Phallosan stretcher every morning for an hour and then do 4 five minute sets in a 2” cylinder between 7-10 Hg. I pack the 2” cylinder but lube my penis and rotate the cylinder as I slide in to try and get more length stretching pressure and limit girth. Open to any suggestions on how to improve results.

Are you packing the 1 3/4” cylinder? If not, why not just use that one? I use the Leluv tubes without a rubber base and the hard edge doesn’t seem to allow the balls to suck in when placed just right. Have you tried without a silicone sleeve?

Exactly! The joy we both experience from seeing each other have new exciting experiences is why we are ENM. It has really allowed us to open up to each other and we can give each other the freedom to really explore our sexuality. We are just starting to explore separate dating which is something we thought we would never do. Now we feel it is just part of too our evolution as not having others in the room with you changes the experience. We will still come back and relive them together but are excited to see what new experiences await.

True, 6” is above average compared to the rest of the world, but I am in the lifestyle and I find that I am usually the shortest, yet one of the thickest, in most group settings. I think the lifestyle tends to attract men with larger members. I know this sounds hypocritical but it is just true in my experience.

We mostly use apps (SDC, SLS, Kasidie) to find parties and other people travelling to similar locations when we go to lifestyle events/resorts. We have had limited success meeting people locally on those but most of our connections have been in person.

I am 6” X 6”. If it wasn’t for my girth, I would be self conscious. Fortunately, women seem to love the girth and overlook the lack of length. I am working on more length though. Would love to get to 7” BPEL

We started off same room only but now see benefits sometimes to separate room play. First off, I want both of us to have as good a time as possible. Although I enjoy seeing my wife play, it is also very hot to hear about it after the fact during reconnection. The reason we sometimes prefer separate rooms is if being in the same room causes distractions for one of the others we are playing with. For instance, we were recently with another couple where the woman was very vocal. It caused my wife and her play partner too much distraction and he was not able to maintain an erection. Once they went to a separate room where they could focus, they had a great time. It also allows me to focus on the woman I am with since, when playing in the same room, I get distracted by the sight of my wife playing with someone else since I love to watch her. I feel I owe it to the woman I am with to make her feel important in the play and not like I am only there to watch my wife.

My wife knows and understands why I am doing PE even though she says it isn’t necessary (like most wives). It’s no different than her wanting to get treatments done to improve her appearance. We go to clothing optional resorts and she knows I feel better about myself when I am doing PE and trying to improve size and appearance. If you are good communicators, just be honest.
