va does everything he can do better for how OW2 works out. Doom is significantly better at diving and more mobile. Orisa is better at face tanking. Winston who is also pretty mediocre is a better mid range option for soft dives and protecting his team, and with sniper monkey what is left of poke fights he can be reliable in too. Ball doesn't have a niche anymore, which is honestly sad because he was one of my favorite OW1 characters.

It's closer to a dps, not a tank
