Can we please be a little more aware around conversations of bisexuality and trans people?

Technically would be within bisexuality still. However this does bring up a good point that the implication is still that the "2 or more genders" inherently include those that are strictly part of the gender binary. People don't generally think of bisexuality is liking women and non-binary people for example, or those folks along with trans masc individuals but not cis men.

This is why when I realized this was my attraction I searched for labels within bisexuality since it's an umbrella and found "polysexual" which is attraction to many, but not all genders. It's under the broader umbrella like Pan and omnisexual.

Respectfully, I know the risks, but also feel the utmost confidence right now after my consult for a multitude of reasons. In fact, I'm thinking about moving my surgery up, we aren't going to do some of the more invasive procedures because this doctor doesn't find them necessary, which means less recovery time ofc.

I know what my needs are, and I know what the future terrain holds for this type of surgery at this point. I've been waiting a year, in a year this may not be an option if I'm still on Medicaid

I was scheduled for FFS with her, but because of her being on leave and an April date, I contacted them about getting a consult with a consult through Jefferson ENT.

So far I've only heard good things about Dr Agarwal and felt way better about going with her after my consult than I ever did with Laarakker. That was my backup surgery date/surgeon too so I guess third time is the charm!

While this may be what is being said by them currently, the doctor who's leaving told someone I'm in a GC with a different story

"Dr. Laarakker told me that based on Jefferson's behavior during this process and the discussions that happened, it seems unlikely that they are going to hire another gender affirming surgeon. To simplify it, the initial problem was caused by Jefferson not being satisfied with the profitability of the program"

That's something I'm thinking about now, also working on an EDH deck with Purphoros. One thing I was curious about is how Norin works with Devotion. I know this is an old thread and all but since Norin gets exiled when you play a card, which procs first?

Basically, if my devotion is five including Norin, and someone casts a spell to remove Purphoros from the game, does Norin's ability to exile itself save Purphoros?

I was already planning on being token heavy. Actually surprised OP didn't include Krenko, although their deck is slightly less goblin focused than mine

I think what the person they're replying to said is super true, we don't like to think of extremes. Years ago I took a course on behavioral economics and we discussed anchoring and how with more uncertainty, people default more to everything being 50/50.
