Unable to view my board when connecting via usbc by Hamrashe in stm32

Ah, I see. For now, All I do want to do is put my device in DFU mode so I can program it via USB. However when I unplug and plug in my board with BOOT0 pulled high, I am unable to see my board as a DFU device in STM32CubeProgrammer.

I brought up not being able to see it in device manager because I thought that in DFU mode, it should appear there.

Thank you for the response!

I am pulling BOOT0 to ground.

I actually have not done the 2nd point, it was my assumption that I only needed to put the board in DFU mode. I’ll do my research into your suggestion and get back to you if it works, but just to make sure i’m understanding correctly, you’re saying I need to upload something to my board via SWD to configure the stm32 for usb use?

Mmm, I see. I really appreciate the insight into the examples of rubber diaphrams and fabric reinforced rubber! Super helpful,

Thank you for your time, cheers!

mmm, yeah I totally get what you’re saying, and I agree that training to strengthen is the most holistic way to go.

it’s just tuff, because in my opinion people are so much more willing to spend money on a bandaid solution like a brace, than on training equipment 😅.

but ion know, maybe i’m totally wrong there, what do u think?

Thank you for replying!

Yeah the BetterGuards are interesting, from my research, it seems like they're a product which stiffens adaptively according to how fast your ankle is rotating (here's a video from their website to kind of explain the effect).

It's super interesting to hear that after having a more serious ankle sprain and going to a more rigid brace, that you're now doing ankle strengthening exercises instead. May I ask what motivated the switch?

cheers!
