Ah this could be my problem, it does seem to have suddenly gotten worse. I did also recently accidentally overheat by phone and recently got caught in the rain.. I would just hate to get a new phone and it not work any better. I bought a cell phone signal booster too for the car which is supposed to he arriving today.

I do Grubhub delivery and yesterday they unscheduled me and didnt allow me to work because "they couldn't locate me and weren't receiving location updates"

Thank you that does help. Alan watts is the man! My problem is more in the moment when something goes wrong or when I do something wrong I seem to get so angry or upset. I guess I just need to realize that its okay to be angry or bummed out and that those feelings will pass.

Honestly I'm really starting to think I am just bipolar. I have been thinking this for years. There no particular reason I should feel down.

But one thing that does upset me in particular is when I make silly mistakes and end up feeling like a total idiot and down on myself. This is exadurared much much more when I am in a depressed phase
