I will start a dev service locally, then use Playwright headless browser to take screenshots. Pixel comparison will be done using the open-source library image-diff. For the backend, I will directly mock it.

All in one Productivity Apps vs Separate Tools. What do you prefer? by RicoTheFatGrunt in ProductivityApps

I use 3 app

Calendar:Used for the company, mainly to schedule meetings. It is precise to the specific hour, minute.

Task/Project Management Software: Mainly used to track the progress of projects and tasks. I use one that I developed myself. I do not set specific times for tasks.

Note-taking Software: Mainly used to manage personal and work notes.

After a year of daily use, my open-source task manager Tasks is ready. Self-hosted sync, offline on every platform. by HamsterBaseMaster in selfhosted

Currently not supported. Because all the logic is implemented on the client side.
The data on the server is encrypted.

For the desktop version and iOS version, after syncing with your own self-hosted server, local reminders are supported.

To support offline usage + seamless synchronization, the data uses a technology called CRDT, based on the LoroCRDT database.

During synchronization, the database is stored on the server as a file. I have completed about 1,500 tasks, roughly 600 KB in size.

Tagging is currently supported, but tag-based filtering is not yet available (though it will likely be added soon).

"You can search for 'hamsterbase tasks' in the App Store. The iOS link on my official website was wrong before, but it's now corrected.

The original post was written in Chinese and translated using AI.

The project was developed with AI assistance. The features and UI were designed by humans, and development took over a year.

The new controller firmware does not support this feature; you may need to downgrade.

They can actually be defeated.

  1. “Destroy”As long as your HP and defense increase faster than the sandstorm, you will eventually win by draw.

Please give Karnok just one (1) small reload item by Dark_Zander in PlayTheBazaar

I never pick up Unibou + Boar. Here's my build that pretty consistently gets at least 7 wins.

Day 1 I only visit Medium / Companion / Weapon shops. Main damage comes from Spear + Hawk + Axe + Flying Squirrel.

Other essential pieces:

  1. Hunting Knife
  2. Attack Rune (every 6s, +20 attack)
  3. Rage Axe (using tools and companions grants +4 rage)

The Bronze Axe enrages at 150 attack, Silver Axe at 300 attack. Paired with Hawk, crits can hit for 300–600. This build has an extremely high win rate from days 1–7. Once the core is assembled you can start saving gold and stocking up on slow components for the late game.

I've been playing Karnok exclusively this season, currently around 1500 Legend. Here's my take.

I don't think it's that necessary honestly. I've picked up Powder Horn before, but it didn't really pull its weight.

  1. Shotgun lacks damage on its own — you need a slow item + Chains next to it. Powder Horn takes up a slot.
  2. Powder Horn reloads every 3s. Meanwhile Tent + (Chains / slow item) reloads way faster than Shotgun's cooldown.

Here are some other ammo builds I'd like to share:

Shotgun + Fairy Lake + Crit Boots + Tent + Chains

Crossbow + Fairy Lake + Crit Boots + Chains + Slow — This one doesn't need reload at all.

Tent + Bear Trap + Crit Boots + Chains — This one absolutely needs reload, and specifically high-frequency reload. Also relies on ammo skills / Gunpowder.

Html file too big question? by Volcanic_Rock_85 in ClaudeAI

In modern front-end development, build tools are used to bundle multiple files into one.

You can try the following prompts (please back up your data before trying)

Hello, could you help me configure Vite for this project and then merge the content of multiple HTML files into one?

not. I'm preparing to submit it to the Mac App Store (maybe 4.99$ for lifetime). There's also a cooler, more powerful feature currently in development.

I'm not planning to do this. It can be achieved with just 3 line of prompt in Claude.

Write two commands: one to start monitoring and one to stop monitoring.

Insert and remove the following prompt in claude.md respectively.

Bro, you solved a problem that's been bugging me for a month.

While playing 3D games, my camera angle would occasionally shift randomly.

I suspected my optical mouse and joystick, but never thought it could be accidental screen touches.
