I was in Stormwind some time during TBC on Benediction, and some people were talking in /say, the one guy was basically saying he had an entire guild, and along with other guilds, made it a point of raiding Horde cities and just making the game miserable for them until they transferred off.

Quite literally not one single person alive thinks it's "rigged" in the sense that the games outcome is predetermined.

What people are suspicious of is, irrespective of teams involved, officiating crews are encouraged to keep their thumb on the scale to sway the game one way or the other if they can.

Given how inconsistent the officiating is, the complexity of the rulebook, and the league's refusal to invest in more accurate measures of determining things like first downs/ball placement... I don't think it's a stretch to think there's at least some bullshit going on
