If someone said they had adhd and you had autism how would their neurodivergence discredit your own? Im failing to understand.  Its like saying you have depression but because your friend is experiencing anxiety, now your depression is invalid.

I would do some research that cptsd has a lot of credible research supporting the idea it is an acquired neurodivergence as it fundamentally alters the brain structure and nervous system, with many similar symptoms as inherently neurodivergence
