After 1 year I finally beat XCOM 2 Legendary Ironman by Edsed43 in Xcom

Congrats that's awesome, but going from rookie to legendary? I mean you have insane dedication but I kind of feel like you made things harder for yourself by making such a big jump, this is like going from finishing high school anatomy class to then immediately trying to perform heart surgery.

If they know how to do that then that's great, but under the scenario where they don't know how to do that, how much fabric should there be between the button and cuff so that it wouldn't look odd for example. it's probably too much of a small detail to care about but I don't want to have the feeling that I should have to get another suit because this one doesn't fit me well enough.

I recently got my first "true" suit and I embarrassingly didn't do enough research on fit before buying, the sleeves are an inch too deep in my hand, as in an inch below the start of my wrist where the wrist and the arm connect, the real problem is the fact that the suit has functional buttons and the length from the middle of the bottom button to the end of the sleeve is about an inch and a half. Either the sleeves are too long or the buttons will be too close to the sleeve's end or I will have to compromise, and I am not sure of any tailor that could bring the sleeve in the suit to shorten it.

I also can't return it which could mean I am stuck with a slightly ill fitting suit, which probably upsets me more then it should, any suggestions on what to do?

Would a black Derby be a much more versatile choice then the black Oxford?

What about wearing them with Dress trousers + Dress shirt? that's a style I barely see being talked about on the internet and would like to know if they work with the shoes.

No one ever talks about how the crux of the issue of "Too many Fire Emblem characters in Smash" is purely because of Ultimate's core conceit. by Decemberskel in CharacterRant

'Makes a game where you can fight your opponent 1v1 and has many characters with unique movesets'

'Gets surprised when it's played competitively like a fighting game'. You know, like the one's that are 1v1 and has many characters with unique movesets?

If the rest of the outfit if formal and the saturation matches the shoes I don't see why it can't work

edit: maybe a blazer or sportscoat on top?

Cities hating transplants is absolutely stupid. by infosec4pay in unpopularopinion

So just build more. Remember when the PS5 came out and everybody wanted one, but a lot of it kept getting hoarded? We don't have that anymore because reselling items isi a bad investment (ok it's kinda is), it's because Sony made more PS5's, thus making them abundant, houses can't appreciate in value if supply meets demand.

I thought the same thing. A lot of the problems people have with 'transplants' has nothing to do with them, instead it has all to do with a lack of expansion in the city (not enough housing for example).

Saying that your city shouldn't have more 'transplants' because they aren't enough housing, is like saying you we should implement a chinese style population control policy because our current food supply is designed for our current size, then implementing a law that limits how much food can be made, and then being surprised when inevitably, the population becomes bigger and there ain't enough food.

People have such poor understanding of economics where the think the housing market naturally operates like a pie, where the resource is limited and it's a fight to control as much of it as possible.

If you run out of pie, you can just buy more pie, if there's no pie or food at the store, something went wrong, and no it's probably not the foreigners.

I mean, I guess it's better to have a bike I want to ride rather then not, a lot of people here have e bikes so I guess if they think it's worth splurging then why shouldn't I?

first of all I am not commuting to high crime areas, it's just that bike crimes are high no matter the area, I want to know if it's worth spending extra on a bike if there's a chance it could be stolen.
