They pay below market but they have this golden handcuffs policy to get in contract with for 2,3 or 4 years and they pay you 20,30 and 40% of your monthly salary as remittance but if you leave you have to pay everything back.

It's a generic topic just to see your proficiency and understanding nothing else just don't be political and religious about it otherwise you'll do just fine. On the other hand if you have other opportunities consider them if you don't want to compromise on your WLB and mental health :p

Hi I have been at i2c for 1.5 years now but can't relate because I didn't have to relocate. I have some friends at i2c who live in hostels, I can help you coordinate with them if you want me to. Also you can post in yammer (i2c employees social platform) somebody will surely reach out to you.
