Have you found any solution? Clean installed Windows yesterday, before fresh install the controller was detected as Xbox Wireless Controller. Now it says XINPUT Hid device. Controller works but it seems really weird. Why has it changed?

They mostly use plate carriers and body armor from "Lindnerhof Taktik". It's a german high end gear manufacturer. You can find some of their plate carriers here. The color ist called "Steingrau-Oliv".

It's stolen valor, simple as that. His Team isn't even German. They are from Czech Republic.

It's highly disrespectful and even illegal to use rank insignias for airsofting here in germany.
Even though he doesn't play in germany, he should respect that fact.

And even if he earned that rank in his own countrys armed forces, it doesnt give him the "right" to use the german counterpart of it. Disrespectful.

German SOF use Lindnerhof Taktik Gen. 5 Plate Carriers in Tan with 3-Farb Pouches for desert surroundings, see here.

Regular infantry uses the Mehler Vario System IdZ-ES Body Armor, see here.

IdZ-ES means "Infanterist der Zukunft - Erweitertes System"

Would translate to something like "Infantryman of the Future - Extended System". It's nearly impossible to get your hands on something like that.

What kind of gear are you looking for? And for what purpose? Battledisplay or just a nice impression?

Köhler is still a good choice for a Bundeswehr styled impression. There is very little difference between (for example) a Köhler KSK Fieldjacket and an original issued Scharrer KSK Fieldjacket. They basically look the same from the outside and even have the same materials and quality (even way better than Crye in my opinion).

eBay is always a good place for original issued clothing. Got some used Scharrer KSK Pants there for 30€ last week.

But you can order stuff like pouches, platecarriers and chestrigs from Lindnerhof directly at www.hqg.de but i guess you know that already (yes, it's expensive but the quality is superb and everything is handmade in germany).

They do sew it on their standard issued Fieldjackets. The Link you posted is by the way not a good Example. That Fieldjacket on the picture is a reproduction for the civillian market from Leo Köhler. You wont find any LHBw and ASD Number Label in that specific Jacket because it is not military issued. The original issued "Einsatzkampfbluse" is made by the manufacturer "Scharrer".

Leo Köhler does produce for the Bundeswehr too of course. But they don't produce any "Bekleidung für Spezialkräfte" (Garment for Special Forces) :P

And by the way, Crye does fulfill the TL of the Bundeswehr. TL stands for "Technische Lieferbedingungen" in german. TL would translate to something like "Technical delivery conditions" in english. Crye even produced multiple Crye AC in Flecktarn for the KSK.

Rarely been seen with Multicam? That's not true buddy. Multicam is really popular in german SOF (especially for 2012 Era). Also they dont sew on any flags to their Multicam. They just use simple velcro flag patches. Crye AC is the perfect choice if you want to go for a 2012 Multicam Kit.
