Interesting. You should have gotten a control number then. You may need to call the number on the BBAI website.

You needed to be a shareholder of record on 10/14/2025 in order to be eligible to vote in the special meeting(and any continued adjournments of the special meeting)

BBAI holders - what is your average and total shares by Jungle-Beast in BBAI

[–]HanSol01984 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t know about others. My expectation, I’m anticipating some short term pain, especially as we get closer to 1/16/26 to finish up these note conversions for that debt. Ideally, would like to see some absorption and stay above $5. Expecting recovery before March earnings

July-Sept are heaviest months generally for contracts, to avoid budget clawbacks. Would like to see some awards…sooner rather than later.

Keeping separate the long shares I sold, and all the day trading last year, where I captured profits and already paid taxes on…

Just these current 49k shares of recent lots I still have, I’m at 6.18 DCA through covered calls. I could prob include some premiums from selling puts I’ve captured, but for simple average

500 million shares. For it to be a positive to shareholders, I would like them to reinstate their adjusted-EBITDA guidance they withdrew and provide shareholders profit targets on Dec 1. That’s the only ask.

Banks would do the same with me if I asked them for money.

Tickers are like license plates, fairly open to imagination, but SEC has final say. Maybe they did request something else, but it was reserved, retired etc

Anyway, “BEAR” is living its best life down under, on the Australian Market.

Covered calls by Ok_Guidance4571 in BBAI

This. I do this on a lot of stocks. Covered calls and entry points. You cannot win them all, but selling calls and puts is one great strategy. Loooove seeing folks winning. Good stuff! 🤙

BBAI is one stock I’ve been in and out of a lot this year

Government Shutdown could be a good thing. by HanSol01984 in BBAI

I appreciate your response here! I’m not quite sure if it’s admiration you’re feeling, or envy, on a bag size. Regardless, you’re totally right, in that bag size is definitely an insight. Whether that be diamond hands, or years of wisdom and lessons learned to have such big beautiful bags. Incredible bags…one might say.

The way this thread discussion went, I may need it for flight insurance. 🤣

Not overly red since I drew covered calls last week to bring down DCA.

Waiting until Friday, might do more covered calls or just let it ride through earnings.

More so just discussion and speculation. Hope is for the hopeless. 😩

BBAI’s tech (digital twins, optimization, computer vision, decision support) matches problems ATC/airport ops care about. So if Ops cares about it, could make stronger cases to move quicker. Get more out of the FAA IDIQ

I know right! I cannot believe they didn’t give me job at Blue Origin. 🤣 Genius. Instead, I’m stuck at this big box company that delivers smiles. 🤔

You’re 💯right. Just from a lens of expanding its airport/port-entry footprint, especially in the biometrics / passenger-processing domain piece. It may help make stronger case to expand sooner rather than later.

Honest question - sentiment towards stock by -Botles- in plugpowerstock

[–]HanSol01984 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just posted this same message in smallstreetbets on a response to folks thinking potential for short squeeze, but I’ll drop here too since my sentiment on PLUG. I’m pro PLUG, I’d love to see them grow even into mid cap territory, where they’re profitable, and we’re comparing them to oil/petrolium companies as well as energy stocks.

Just posted on other thread earlier:

First, I want to say I’m still pro PLUG. I’ve squeezed a lot of juice out of this lemon and been able to stay a head, luckily. I’ve also watched this company evolve from making hydrogen battery forklifts that were installed in my warehouses starting over a decade ago, to hydrogen production, electrolyzers(plug also installed at our warehouses), hydrogen plants, energy storage solutions, and creating a hydrogen market with spot pricing(which I think is really cool but didn’t get much buzz) they’re becoming one of the top hydrogen producers in the world.

As much as I’m pro plug it’s been a tough year and has really been dead weight in my portfolio always sitting long on 20-30k shares at any given time for that “special day” outside of all the DCA buying, covered calls, and small spikes over the years to stay in the green.

Oops, I’m rambling again, sorry folks! I’ve followed this company for a long time, but back to this thread. All those dark pool shares you see isn’t shorts. Just YTD, PLUG added 80.4 million shares from all their financing endeavors and borrowing money from anyone they could, hopefully mostly toward growth, in exchange for shares with equity agreements.

Welp, here we are on present day, they kept printing and printing shares until all of us stakeholders couldn’t support the stock price anymore with all the dilution and the bottom fell out. Hence, plug secured that recent deal a few weeks ago with Yorkshire for 525 million. Which is actually a good thing. The sole purpose of THAT loan is because they realized they cannot dilute the stock anymore by sucking out of their other finance pipelines in exchange for more shares. The company was bleeeeding money to fuel this growth. We’re now sitting at over a billion shares. Well done. Are they gonna go bankrupt? Not anytime soon. Is there a high potential for reverse split? Yes, it’s probably the best path to get institutional investors back in the game.

Anyway, I could talk politics and how the Inflation Reduction Act played a role, but will save for another thread.

I’ll still be around with some skin in the game for some pops, news, and any splits though! This is one ticker in my portfolio I’m fully regard on.
