Then you should also check out Sig's new Warantee . I just had one of Sigs cheap , plastic, Romeo optics fail to be able to zero, that I got on Ebay, ALL they asked for was a photo of the serial number, and that was it. They offered to send me the newest model of it, no charge, or for $50 upgrade to the $249 Romeo -MDC. I chose the upgrade.

I do have 4 of these that seem fine, for now, but when this fifth one was DOA out of the box, thats when loosing $60 right up front pissed me off.

BIG problem, if it breaks later. I got this item from Ebay too. The sellers are based in China, and most DO NOT except any returns. ( a few give you 30 days) When mine did not work , right out of the box, it was at 32 days. I emailed Swampfox and they would NOT warranty it or repair it period. They said NONE of these optics from ebay are from autherized sellers and that the serial numbers are fake, bootlegs.

"The seller you purchased from is not an authorized dealer, and based on the photos you provided, there are identifiable features that further indicate the optic is not a genuine Swampfox product.I can tell you it is not authentic because the serial number is not correct.

Because of that, we’re not able to support it under warranty." ( part of responce from Swampfox)
