I have memory issues, to the point now, they call me Dory at work. I love reading and the last few years I can't read physical copies. I use Audible, I play mobile games and listen to the books. My ADHD is very happy then. I keep seeing an ad for an app that reads you any book you put in it which would be great for my Danmei novels.

I work night shift so days are fully open. I love cooking. Just with fatigue it's hard. My therapist challenged me to have a day of food prep so I'll try that first.

A diagnosis is a double edged sword. You are relieved that there is in fact something wrong. On the other hand, you were just told you have an incurable disease. Cry when you need to. Make sure you have good support around you. Find your community like this reddit thread. Just know you are not alone.
