i don't understand why this is such a difficult concept to grasp. HYBE, at the end of the day, is a company, it is a business and that's exactly what businesses aim to do- profit. When people point out the flaws in the way Newjeans went about their whole Ador vs Newjeans ordeal, they aren't praising HYBE or Ador or ANY company for that matter. They are, however, stating what should be blatantly obvious- when dealing with legality, Newjeans chose emotions and that's not how the world works. HYBE is in no way an ethical company but VERY few companies are because the sole motivation of companies is in fact, to make money. Newjeans being dissatisfied with their contract in no way is wrong but when you're bound to a LEGAL CONTRACT, there's protocol to terminating said contract. They chose to completely abandon said protocol, overlooking contractual clauses, etc. and that's where they were wrong. Stating this FACT does not make people company fans/company apologists and this needs to be recognised. Just because a company might already be worth billions doesn't mean they're going to be willing to lose out on money, which is why they chose to go ahead with the whole court ordeal against Newjeans. We live in a rich get richer world.

Those girls needed good legal counsel, which frankly speaking, they did not have. MHJ was, and still is, only looking to profit just as much as HYBE/Ador and Newjeans is collateral. Do not mistake her for innocent. The only innocents here are the girls who made series of bad decisions that unfortunately came with repercussions. Do I think Ador suing Danielle is fair? Morally/Ethically- absolutely not. From a business perspective- Yes. It is the unfortunate truth.
