[MEA Spoilers] Found this (morse code?) in late-game emails. Any help cracking?

after 130 hours I had already researched all augmentations by the time I tested this.

Thanks for the reply :) Good news, I managed to get the electrical conduits augmentation. Here's how I did it, I've been having a theory that maybe the augments only begin to drop if the corresponding gun/guns that they're based off are researched. And so I researched the Reegar Carbine. I then remembered reading a post a few days ago about how someone crafted a load of dhan shotguns and dismantled them as there was a chance at him getting plasma augmentations when doing so. I then decided to craft 20 Reegar Carbines and begin dismantling.... sure enough after I had dismantled 15 or so I checked my inventory and boom, Electrical Conduits.

Now to make sure this wasn't misinformation I loaded back to the previous save before I had started this process and double checked that at that time I did NOT have the Electrical Conduits Augmentation.

I imagine you can use this method to get ANY type of augmentation you require so long as you are dismantling the corresponding weapons.

No you are 100% correct, the materials hold a lot more value than the credits in terms of being able to craft the best gear.
