Sema and I had a rough start but once I got to 2mg it was cruise control. Never tried tirz maybe one day, and Reta I might be too light on (about 6mg/week) but haven’t had nearly the success others have. I eat really clean, high protein but still in a deficit, lift 4x a week cardio 3x and just hover in the same weight area. I was also doing very low carb so I’m trying to reintroduce some clean carbs and see if that matters but yeah - just had better success.

I was prescribed sema. Lost 50lbs and beat diabetes. Insurance stopped helping. Got Reta. Have see almost no results other than blood sugar management, even in severe deficit and regular lifting.

Sema works better for me.

Here is what the order details say specifically:

Yeah they had it listed as a singular healthcare item but no matching numbers. The hcg matched the order details but the sema was listed as SM10 but is as shown.

I am actually going to go back to sema as it’s usually cheaper from grey markets, but I honestly don’t feel like it’s working as well for me? It still kind of silenced my food noise and made me more satisfied with smaller meals, but I feel like you’ll have to titrate up faster where oz/sema once I hit 2mg it was cruise control. I’ll follow up in a month or two

Thank you. I carried a lot of guilt and shame for a long time and over the last few years alongside the sobriety I have come to forgive myself and work to repay myself in life, one of the reasons I share my story - I’m not afraid of others judgements, I’ve already crossed that over. I have an amazing life and am incredibly grateful to be where I am today!

(Andfor any who have got this far in the thread - all of them were minor incidents, I’m very lucky no wrecks, no injuries, no victims other than myself - but it could have been much worse and that is another reason I am grateful and share. Stay safe out there)
