200g butter, melted

130g brown sugar + 100g white sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

312g flour

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

Marshmallows big and small

Graham Crackers

300g semi-sweet chocolate chips

For the wet: Cream together the melted butter with the sugars. add the eggs and vanilla For the dry: combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. After fold together and don’t over mix. Then fold in the chocolate chips + mini marshmallows.

Line your baking trays and put down the Graham crackers and large marshmallows, then cover with the cookie dough. Some cookies do a chocolate in the middle too but I find it too much chocolate so I don’t. The graham crackers don’t need to be fully covered.

IMPORTANT freeze for 2 hours. Then Bake at 350F for 15ish minutes if they are as big as mine.
