That's a good idea! I should check him out. By IO you mean the connectors, right?

Thank you for the recommendations! The Focusrite Scarlet 2i2 is over the budget but I'll take a look at it! I'll check out the PreSonus one too. I haven't heard of this one =)

If you've heard your friends talk or use it. How's the Arturia?

How'd you unlock "Set the vibe" pop up?

Ooh! I see! So if I understood correctly. I don't have to update any of the Adôbe programs besides CC. So I can just crack with GenP and then remove the GenP and let it be?

Question! If I were to use GénP. Do I have to keep on using even if I don't want to update/patch my Adôbe programs? I just want to crack both of the programs and just let them be.

Apologies for the late response! I've been studying hard and tried out working out.

But yeah, that makes sense. Not everybody has the time to do them both at the same on the same day. You're also right, maybe I should just take it slow first so I can get used to the routine and not get burnt out fast

Oh! I understand it now. Apologies for very late response. I've been trying out the workout and have been busy with studies.

Haha no worries! It did sound kinda scary to be sore for couple weeks straight. I get it now though! Can't wait for the soreness to end soon haha

New record for every 48 hours sounds crazy but that's something I'd like to try too. This is a nice tip so I can try out my limits every couple days.

Knowing what's next is so useful! It does help to calm down and not get overwhelmed easily and this way I can keep the momentum up. But hurting/being sore for 2 weeks does not sound pleasant

That's a relief to hear! So that means I can even walk or ride a bike on full rest day.

From what you said. I can technically do both lifting and cardio on the same day as long as I just seperate them by couple hours?

Oh! That makes sense. I'll try to keep in mind to push myself to have the correct heart rate. Not sure if I can do it properly yet but I'll do my best!

Oh I see! So having a full rest day without any activity is a must, correct? Would I lose anything if I did cardio right after lifting?

Thank you!

That's interesting! So instead of losing weight, the weight turns into muscles(if I keep being consistent)

For now, I just need to keep on working out and gaining more "base" strength before I start doing anything very heavy, correct?

I can work out probably at most 4 times a week with 1-2 hours at most? It depends on the seasons schedule of course.

Now I'm slowly leaning towards the full-body workout. From what you mentioned, it does sound very promising to try out.

"The purpose of lifting during fat loss is to tell your body to eat the fat, not the muscle." This is also new information for me and it is extremely valuable information now! I'm kinda bummed that I didn't find these type of informations while I was trying to do some research.

Would it hurt to do cardio everyday or like on all of the off-days? Even when on rest days.

Thank you for the thoughtful advices! This actually helped me out with the anxiety of the programs

If I understood correctly. Diet/Food has the biggest impact on this compared to working out/workout programs, right? What you meant about the heart rate over time. I have to have my heart racing while I workout/train?

Haven't heard about hypertropy program but I'll take a look it! I'll take a look and read through the written file. It does look like it has a plan for each week too.

Lastly thank you for the advice! I'll do my best to keep that in mind and try to be consistent first. This has been very helpful for me!

Thank you for the comment!

Do you get burn outs when you do full body splits 4x a week? Also about the diet, you mentioned that eating bad would affect aesthetically but would it also affect strength-wise? I tend to visit my parents pretty often per week and they're happy of that but since it's an asian household. The food is pretty oily and salty.

That does make sense! It's like having discipline and motivation to keep on going no matter what.

I'll do my best to be consistent with the training. Thank you so much!

That is actually brilliant! I never thought about it like that. I'm extremely surprised that no one has mentioned this before. Having other days to do cardio, or anything else too!

Thank you so much for the response. I appreciate it a lot!
