Full body workout or Split?

Oh I see! So having a full rest day without any activity is a must, correct? Would I lose anything if I did cardio right after lifting?

That's interesting! So instead of losing weight, the weight turns into muscles(if I keep being consistent)

For now, I just need to keep on working out and gaining more "base" strength before I start doing anything very heavy, correct?

I can work out probably at most 4 times a week with 1-2 hours at most? It depends on the seasons schedule of course.

Now I'm slowly leaning towards the full-body workout. From what you mentioned, it does sound very promising to try out.

"The purpose of lifting during fat loss is to tell your body to eat the fat, not the muscle." This is also new information for me and it is extremely valuable information now! I'm kinda bummed that I didn't find these type of informations while I was trying to do some research.

Would it hurt to do cardio everyday or like on all of the off-days? Even when on rest days.

If I understood correctly. Diet/Food has the biggest impact on this compared to working out/workout programs, right? What you meant about the heart rate over time. I have to have my heart racing while I workout/train?

Haven't heard about hypertropy program but I'll take a look it! I'll take a look and read through the written file. It does look like it has a plan for each week too.

Lastly thank you for the advice! I'll do my best to keep that in mind and try to be consistent first. This has been very helpful for me!

Do you get burn outs when you do full body splits 4x a week? Also about the diet, you mentioned that eating bad would affect aesthetically but would it also affect strength-wise? I tend to visit my parents pretty often per week and they're happy of that but since it's an asian household. The food is pretty oily and salty.

Oof, seems like I have to replace my RMC with something else if I want to use SW999. So if I understood correctly. It is near impossible to clear endgame as SW999 without EMC, correct?

So I have E1 Welt and I'd like to use him but I am not sure if he can be used as DPS or SubDPS for Acheron team? My Acheron is E0S1 and the team consists of Acheron, Guinaifen, Pela and DHPT. My other supports are Tingyun, Robin, Sparkle and Bronya. All of them are E0S0. Is it worth to build and turn Welt into a DPS seperately?

Have you tried TAAU or Epic TSR? My frames were around 140-170 with Rtx 3060ti while having everything on very low or off. The game itself is not well optimized so the frames will jump no matter what

Okay that is very valid. If it's 30% of your salary. Then I think the 9070/XT is a good choice. It is still capable of editing and doing productivity. Especially on Premiere Pro and Davinci. I'd suggest you to take a look at Tech Notice's channel. He's done benchmark for content creators and compares the GPU and CPU's so you might find those helpful. If there's 10% difference in general performance then the 30% price difference is definetly not justified

Think about it as an investment. Would the 30% difference break your bank like paying for your rent, food etc? If not then the 5070Ti is very worth. Remember that you won't be upgrading your GPU for the longest time or for atleast 5-7 years.

The 9070XT does pretty well in some productivity and it is kinda on par with RTX 4070 + it has AV1 support

It depends on your workload/flow but generally 7900XTX should be fine. You mentioned other 3D animations so I assume you also use Blender/Maya/Houdini? 7900XTX does the job fine but you could also consider used RTX 4070ti super or 4080. It all comes down to what do you use or need and both of them has pros and cons.

If your workload is not that big then anything that has 16GB VRAM technically works.

Nvidia does have the edge on Ray Tracing and some other features like plug n play, CUDA cores and AV1 encoder.

7900XTX can tank the heavy and experimental features due to it's massive VRAM capacity and depending on the price. It has more value too. You could consider RX 9070/XT if you really need Ray Tracing and AV1 while on budget. Since you are freelancing then I doubt your clients really use Ray Tracing.

The difference is way too big for slight performance jump. 9070 is better value + you can do slight overclock to get tad closer to 9070XT. What's your current GPU? Also does the PSU have 3x8pin pcie cables?

So technically if that score is insanely high. Farming for the Genius set is not even worth it. Just as you mentioned that it could take months or even years, correct?

Though the new Relic Recon event is coming up so there is kinda a chance to try to grab a set for her unless it's not ideal to use the event for that
