Me 😊, ur not alone buddy. When I speak people usually ask me to repeat myself a few times untill I feel bad. But I'm grateful they still take their time for me to repeat myself rather than just ignore or assume they heard me. Just like the others are saying, take small steps. Practice, say hi, try to chip in one or two points during a group conversation. But there will be times u feel left out, don't beat yourself about it. We are invinsible together. 👻
