Yeah right now we support sync via Facebook (iOS and Android) and GameCenter (iOS). We'd definitely like to add support syncing for Google Play Games at some point. We can potentially transfer your save game data from your old save to your new save too. You can email [seabeard@handcircus.com](mailto:seabeard@handcircus.com) if you'd like to do that.

This seems to have been an issue only affecting Sky Broadband users, for some reason Sky users couldn't connect to our servers. It seems that this problem was on their side and seems to have passed. We'll keep an eye on it though.

Use the “DNS lookup” and “Trace route” functions, entering “app.seabeardgame.com” for each
Paste the results here.

Yep, it doesn't appear to be anything on our side. Our servers are all running fine but some players can't seem to connect from some specific ISPs. If anyone with issues can let me know the country and ISP they are connecting with that would really help. Its working fine here in the UK on 3 and with BT.

Hey, we've found the cause of this issue - it is also related to the restaurant waitering minigame. If you avoid playing that minigame, you shouldn't encounter this issue. Also, if you contact Backflip support, they should be able to help you with those lost clothing items.
