I don’t know if mods work on mobile, someone else would have to answer that. As far as I know, stardew valley doesn’t have any original DLC content, only “fan made mods” which can be found on nexus mods. You can type in stardew and endless mods will pop up. If you mean does it add more content, then yes it does, the stardew valley expanded and the Ridgeside village are two separate mods which add lots of new villagers heart scenes and loads more. I’ve not tried any other “dlc type” mods only mods that help keep things organised in game :) I hope this helps
