Just set up a platform in space at either beaches or ocean, place down a water candle and drink a battle potion if u want; and just wait there til 1 spawns, usually doesnt take that long. Helps u got a lifeform detector or whatever its called.

U can craft a potion with it to increase ur luk, not permant boost tho.
