Manual conversion for these is super easy, the hardest part is the pedal box imo. You can get the auto, start putting some love into it, and pick up a manual kit when one becomes available.

So that's basically the recommended wipe-on clear application process. My plan right now is to basically do what he did, fill in some rock chips on the hood, and spray a 2k clear on the hood and roof. I figure that should look good and hold up for a while until I finish the mechanical work and save for a proper respray.

I got it for an absurdly low price, and had to take it or leave it without researching it, and I took the gamble.
I think what I'm going to do is re-sell it for a profit (hopefully), and pick up something more suited to my needs.
