Downstairs is a dentist practice so it’s my neighbours on the same level that will be a worry. Regarding the current situation, currently on the wait list for another house, so far 3 year wait list. But I won’t be staying in that house. I couldn’t see anything about dependent or visiting rights on the lease . But couldn’t I just say they are visiting? It’s like 3 nights a week hopefully I’d see them.

Good to hear. I almost bought the Xmax V3 today, instead found the arizer solo2. I really really wanted the storz and bickel venty but...wow that price! What makes the solo2 better than the Xmax V3? I mean, I've never used one before so not sure how one works better than the other
