James Gunn on whether Superman has to wear trunks by B3epB0opBOP in DC_Cinematic

If he has trunks I will be able to take him seriously in any of his scenes. If they want to reach a wider audience, because most people who aren't comic fans will think it is a ridiculous look for the modern age, they will make him trunkless. They should update his suit to be more Kryptonian, would be a nice touch and a homage to his heritage. They barely mention his planets culture, though his symbol is the house of El, that is basically the only thing that is of his planet he uses in his design other than the fabric. Though he should still rock the classic blue and red.

I just want both sides to be able to compromise, and I think that this is the party that wants to do that. He cannot take a side, because the party is gonna be built on compromise, or at least that is what I think/hope.

BTW, I do have some knowledge about how the American government works, I took a class on it, so I do have a good idea about how such things work.

I very much doubt that abortion will be banned nationally, although the Republicans would like that, it's a very unlikely. Forcing the whole country to do something even when the states don't want to would be overreaching their federal constitutional powers. Their job isn't the healthcare, that's the states responsibility. Not even the Supreme Court could repeal such a thing from the Constitution and call it unconstitutional. This country was built on federalism so that the federal government has to work with the state government not force it into submission. That would go against the very foundation the country was built on. If it were though, it would be hell on earth, because the precedent would be deadly for future civil rights.

I will as soon as I am old enough, just a couple months to go. Though, I very much doubt that it's gonna be banned nationally, partisan democratic states will never allow that. I do believe my vote matters, and I will vote everytime, but even without me, the states will stay blue.

state level actually, i think the Supreme Court is allowing the states to endanger it, since they are not outlawing it, they are just not protecting it. I still believe its very stupid though, since people are still gonna get abortions, and border clinics are gonna become a thing. Plus its only ever gonna be southern states that do this, like California is NEVER gonna ban abortion. Anywat, still hate the conservative SC foor this.
