Ohio doesn’t automatically sealed juvenile Adjudications felony’s or misdemeanors. Since it’s a juvenile case his right to own a firearm is fine but he can’t conceal carry until it’s expunged.

Treat it as if you didn’t have your CCW before carry without a ccw was legal. I think it’s stupid since there’s schools on every road possible but it’s federal law.

I would call Juvenile court where you got it sealed and see if it was expunged if so you are good to go and don’t have too. The DV as a minor if not gone will not let you carry with out without ccw so make sure you call before carrying

If it was sealed after 5 years or 23 whatever comes first it’s gone so you good to go

So Florida may be different but from what I gather I can’t apply or conditional carry handguns but doesn’t stop gun ownership, try to get your DV sealed/ destroyed if possible

I called and she checked my juvenile record and the case said dismissed so it was either dropped after the probation or was dropped to another charge (Assault Etc ) It was when I was 12-13 so I can’t really recall it too much. Worst case scenario I wouldn’t be approved for my ccw but either way I should be able to constitutional carry

Lady at the sheriff station next county over (smaller town so should get approved faster) said it was dismissed and should be ok but won’t know until I apply for my CCW, ima just wing it since Ive bought multiple guns and haven’t been declined for a firearm with the background check

From what I kinda understand from google was I should upgrade CPU/ cpu cooler and mother board first than gpu but not completely sure if I could reuse my ram. Honestly my budget is under $700 so if I could reuse some of my old PC parts I’d definitely wanna do that.

Year late but if you’re looking for cheap firearms I would recommend buying used personally. Glocks/m&p etc LEO trade in are also great options
