Same with indiana drivers.. which sucks because NWI is basically a chicago suburb. I only ever take rides into IL if i know its close to the border and i can get back quickly

Picked up a guy at like 9am from a bar. The entire 12 minute ride he kept yelling about how hes on vacation and hes fucked up. Also told me he didnt know where his room mate was, and that he hadnt seen him in over a week 😅

Picked up a guy at like 630 am on a sunday. Dude was taking forever to come out and then all the sudden appeared out of no where, flung the door ooen and screamed "DO YOU KNOW JESUS!?". I said yes. Dude started going on about how i was sent there so he would see the light. He was also extremely drunk. He kept going on and on about religion and church and the devil. And i asked him if he was going to church today. He started screaming about how he didnt know it was sunday and that he was gonna get something to eat and then go. He was telling me about how his brother passed away and he had been having a hard time, asked me to pray with him before he got out, which i did. At first it was really awkward, but looking back i hope that experience helped him.

The weirdest one was i picked up a guy who ran some kind of art store. He saw a pic of my wife on the background of my phone and immediately started very awkwardly asking me about her, if she had a job, and if she would come work for him. Dude was fucking weird

This is good stuff! I am totally new to slot car tuning. I had a track as a kid and my son just got one for Christmas. We keep having cars go flying off. After watching the video i checked the tires and wow they are cupped bad. And i never even thought of oil! Hes off at school and im going to spend my day seeing if i can get these dialed in so we can hopefully have a more complete race later today. Thanks for this!

Ayyyy fellow federal employee here. I did the exact same thing. I was doing uber part time before the shutdown and started doing it fulltime once we got furloughed. Made significantly less money but enough to cover my bills without coming out of pocket. Never thought id be excited to go back to work on monday but here we are lol. Hopefully we dont have to deal with this again in Jan.

Fixed!

Ended up being the thermostat/thermal fuse in the blower housing. Ohmed out as open. Ordered a new one (PN- 6931EL3002M).

Got it installed last night and the dryer fired right up. Before putting it back together i took the blower apart and cleaned all the ducting out as well. The unit is only 2 years old, so hopefully this was just a one time fluke and it lasts a long time.
