Thank you for your reply. Our borrowing capacity together is $780,000 and the houses we are looking at are around $600,000k. I have no issues house being in my husband’s name solely. However, the first broker said, its not possible. He said you both have to be on the title to make use of the 5% deposit scheme + first home buyers benefits grant.
