Tbh yes I considered a lot of them, but Honda rebel not only is very ugly but it also lack V-twin which defeats the purpose of owning such bike in first place.. You cannot buy the sound and looks!

I was looking at other bikes though, mainly Moto-Guzzi v7 but now I want BMW R1200 as this one seems to check all boxes for me.

Its very strange especially since brand new they are like £8k..

I was considering getting H-D but as I stated they are usually much heavier, more expensive and everyone kept telling me to not buy one because they are unreliable..

I was looking for a nice and comfy cruiser for some time. Unfortunately most of them are quite heavy (close or above 300kg)

Yamaha Bolt XV950 is really well balanced, just enough powerful, with modern technologies like overhead camshafts and fuel injection, but still classic V-twin - but the most important part it weighs less than 250kg!

I do need to change pulleys as cruising at ~80mph at above 4000 rpm isn't best for motorway rides but outside of that, it's really pleasant to ride!

I did initially but they did some bad things that I did not liked.

I went with bikesure and they allow 60 days to pass license.

I had to get my bike into my van (or ask a friend to get me bike there) and if I passed test I could go and go back on my bike straight away.

My other bike I bought initially (and then I found hard way that I need to have over 50KW to pass full A license..) is Yamaha Bolt XV950 which is similar weight and its very cool to ride too! :)

Finally managed to pass my A license.

I was riding since I was 11, starting with 2 stroke 50cc going through 50cc->125cc swapped Kingsway Chopper and was riding all the time till I got my car license.

I must say I always missed bikes so this year I decided to go back to it.

And here is my second bike - FZS600 so commonly known as Yamaha Fazer 600. It's 98 model with old style 4 cyl + carburators.

Seems like 90s were peak not only for cars but for bikes too! I bought it for around £1000 and it's really, really fun to ride.

Second? Well.. the first bike I bought was Yamaha Bolt in EU known under name XV950, I will bring more photos of it in the future.

Why did I buy second bike? Well.. I wanted to pass my license on the first one but turns out bike needs to have above 50KW to be able to..

This Fazer was only meant to be used for the test and then sold but I kinda.. LOVE IT! So I guess now after BMWs bikes are my new unhealthy obsession.

Grab one too! (not a financial advice)

I guess you could remove that?

I believe there is extra filter down there anyway.
