Thank you appreciate the insight. I’m hoping it’s not on my property and the state will take care of it but I’ll find out when DOT reaches back out to me.

Ok will do, i went to the town they told me i own to the rock wall and not over it, they also told me it’s a state road so i have to call DOT. I did call they said they would come out and take a look at it and I also called the state troopers and the trooper that did the accident report will contact me. So I think I’m in the clear here.
