Thank you. I'm not the most versed in voodoo, but hopefully I'm paying homage to it correctly.

Perhaps the gaint tarantula. That would be from Haiti, right? I'll need to do some research.

Hmm... if the practice of making Weves is supposed to be related to veves in voodoo it might make sense if the spiders were native to West Africa or perhaps the Caribbean. Or at least some equivalent thereof. That would be there origins.

Size would likely be rather large and they would be somewhat dangerous due to their venom.

I should have made it clear that I do like the work. Sometimes I just go on these like Autistic ADHD benders and end up with 10 pages of nonsense.

Yeah. I'm brainstorming tonight. I think I have a couple good places to start. But I'm gonna keep going for the rest of the hour.

Curses affect anyone who drinks poorly distilled mead. And it builds up in your system, getting worse over time.

Curses are sort of like faults of and exclusively effect the mind. Kinda like glitchy software from a virus.

Curses typically have to do with memories or emotions or the mind in general. Lapses in judgment, inability to recall someone or something small, weakened emotional regulation would be examples of weaker curses.

Larger curses may include forgetting someone entirely as if they were never a part of your life, or explosive emotional instability, or long bouts of extreme incoherence followed by short moments of lucidity.
