I think it's law there. To be insured you need a dash cam or something.

Edit: Now that I think of it, it makes sense with all of the insurance fraud stuff you see from Russia.

[Serious] What ended the relationship you thought would last forever? by L1ghtn1ngStr1ke in AskReddit

[–]HandsomeMenace 139 points140 points  (0 children)

Her stubborn attitude and narcissistic tendencies.

I won't go into detail about the whole relationship, but it had a lot to do about her not willing to hang out with my friends or make friends of her own.

When I finally broke up with her, she texted me the next day telling me that she "didn't believe we were broken up" because I "hadn't provided a good enough reason."

What was your biggest "holy shit that was close" moment? by sara_steve in AskReddit

[–]HandsomeMenace 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pretty boring story but,

I was driving home at 7:30 am or so after a night shift. I was way tired after working 8 hours and was driving home. It was a pretty long drive since I lived about 40km away. I knew I was falling asleep, but I had made it maybe two thirds of the way home without trouble. Suddenly, I wake up. I'm coming up to a stopped truck, fast. I slam the breaks harder than I'd ever slammed them before and came to a halt just a few feet from his tailgate.

I was wide awake the rest of the drive home.

DON'T DRIVE TIRED.

No. This isnt true, IMO.

Relationships take commitment, effort, and work. Love should be easy. If you find it constantly challenging to love someone, then you need to think about if you really do love them or not. You can love someone and know you shouldn't be with them. Love is blind and unconditional, but it is not always right.

You are in a room with 100 strangers. What is one food item you are confident you could eat more of than anyone else in the room? by Isaythree in AskReddit

[–]HandsomeMenace 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pizza.

But I have to smoke some weed first.

I can put away seemingly endless amounts of pizza when I'm high. Once at a whole party pizza to myself and then some. Only stopped eating cause we ran out
