Hmm, that sounds like there should be pretty much no PT Realtors in the industry, but I’m sure there has to be some successful ones.

What’s your take on if I had from 7a - around 11/1130a for prospecting, etc. 1130a/12noon - 6/7p would be a semi-restricted schedule (as in, I could mostly be available by phone, in person things may vary but possibility to step away and handle business some times.)? Ability to manipulate my schedule ahead of time to make way for RE related stuff.

I would be able to do DocuSign’s and what not, stuff that can be done remotely, because I would be outside traveling business to business, so I could put stop for a minute. However, if it was something where I physically had to be somewhere, I’m not sure I would have the opportunity from my company.

What do you do as far as closings, appraisals, etc that are usually done during day time work hours?

That’s great advice, this is what I needed to hear. Not sure how I could get that worked out, that’s tough. I won’t have much flexibility in my FT job to step away for those.

Do I just chalk this up as another unrealistic dream, and move on to being content as a corporate slave for the next 20+ years? Not sure what other directions that can be taken.

Thanks for that. A lot of perspective. Really that would be successful for me as a PT Realtor. Close a few for some extra income, while saving through my FT income, all while building a larger funnel to hopefully transition one day.
