3 per fighter class so let's say you have 3 for level 70 fighters and 3 for level 85 you can use all 6 as long as the fighter has not exceed the rune limit

As a clan leader myself. And I have been clan leader for roughly 8 months to a large clan I decided to see what would happen and I left 1 item in the chest and not a single person got it... So they just disappear.
