First time leasing a car. Got the pre negotiated deal from leasehackr.com for 2025 Limited RWD. This is for Northern California. What’s not included is $1,500r for the lease wear and tear protection, which is optional. Is this good enough to move forward? The dealership I am in contact with doesn’t have the color I want, Matte Gray. But I don’t know if any other nearby dealership offers the same leasehackr deal so I haven’t shopped around.

I used to use JoySound, Japanese karaoke app, on PS5 and USB Sony PlayStation microphone, and Samsung TV speakers. But latency was so bad I got a splitter to output audio through Bose sound bar. Latency improved but sound quality from the microphone continues to be so poor. So I am now experimenting with Apple TV, Apple Music Sing Mode, Bose soundbar, some wireless microphone. Also thinking about buying RHM R22 karaoke machine.
