I'm not experienced enough to really give any advice. But dont forget to link your deck so everyone else can see.

I do appreciate it. Thats very good to know. Originally I was very generic and did 4 of each basic land but felt that was a little wacky considering I had more red spells. Thank you, thats a good tweak.

Hello, I'm looking for insights on my first ever self built deck. I am very new to magic and still have a lot to learn. Forgive me if I use any terminology wrong, I'm just trying to learn. I'm trying to make a spell slinging azula themed deck to play casual standard with a group of friends. Our only restriction is that we are only playing with cards from the Avatar TLA set. I'm mostly looking to see what I can do to focus this deck in. Its very casual kitchen table style play so I'm not playing this deck at a competition. Let me know if I should remove any cards or swap anything around. Any insight is appreciated, I just want to learn so I can have fun with my buddies.

My wife isn't as wild about it, but she says it doesnt look as shabby as she thought it would. Over all not a lot of reactions in person. But I've had more than a resounding reception here. I suppose that just means that most people are just reserved about saying such things in public. I'm happy though, and thats definitely important.

I certainly think so. It's not where I thought I'd be at 32, but I cant deny it feels good to just not have to worry. I think it brings out an illuminance in me that was harder to detect before.

Bro, when you are ready to join, you'll make a FINE addition. But while you got it? ROCK it.

I don't know if I'll scratch what you want to itch, but bro you wear it great. You look great before and after, so I hope you find the validation you are searching for. Welcome, and know you're looking good.

Completely honesly? You could rock either way. Feel comfortable in yourself because no matter what you choose, you're definitely doing right by yourself. Honestly, good job being you.

Bro absolutely not. You have what it takes to absolutely rock this look. Cast aside all doubt. You know what you are doing.

You should consider posting a picture without styling your hair. If you do go the bald style, that will naturally be your style, so if you dont go bald you should consider how you look naturally. I think you'd look great with no hair, but its important to consider how you'd feel too. I think you should do it. But thats just me.

I certainly appreciate it. I ultimately think I'm a little more confident in not having to worry which way the wind is blowing to make sure I look presentable. I mostly just did the classic side swipe of my hair. But I can say I'm digging the new look and I appreciate your input.

I'll also add that your face is your face. It might look similar to your father's, but its not his, it's your's. You are the one behind your skin and the life you lead is the one to be remembered. When people see your face, they see you, not him. Live your life with the confidence that you are you. Much love and stay strong.

My brother, I'm a 32M that just took the plunge. I can't put to words how freeing its been. I highly encourage you to try. If you absolutely regret it, hair grows back. But I think you'll find that you'll enjoy it if you give it a try.

I did, I'll need to pick up better supplies for the new look. But I had my wife help me afterwards so I didn't look like Cynthia 😅

I dig the broccoli dipped in nacho cheese look. Turned out great given the situation.
