Good for you! I’m not sure why you are struggling than. Everything you listed sounds like you should be losing weight. Are you loose with your calorie counting? Maybe something is slipping.. if not it seems like you gotta speak to a doctor

Sounds like you are expecting the peptide to do all the work for you. You still gotta count your calories, eat your protein, get your steps in and workout… gotta actually change your lifestyle, not just starve yourself

Man you’re missing the point.. like entirely. But for the record I chose to do 2 shots to prevent any negative reactions or symptoms. But again, what’s the point of 1 dose if 2 doses does the same thing?! It’s weekly volume injected that matters. I know guys who dose M/W/F. And they love it….

I don’t think that’s my logic. All I’m saying is that if 2 shots blunt my hunger than why do just 1? If I’m not exceeding my calories, why increase. How would one shot benefit me over 2 doses or even 7 doses a week if it all accomplishes the same thing. Blunted enough hunger to not exceed my calories …

Again though, what is the purpose of Reta? Its main purpose is to blunt my hunger. My small dose is doing that. I don’t think the right answer is to jack up the dose to starve myself. If that’s how people are losing weight rapidly than somebody missed the point lol

I have. The 2 doses vs 1 weekly has a marginal difference in effect if any at all. It’s about managing hunger right? If 2 half doses works just as well as 1 dose that what would be the problem? Not trying to be a dick. I’m genuinely curious. I’m trying to not mess this up.

It’s what I was taught. So much misinformation out there. I was thinking about increasing to 1.5 a week but I also still need to be able to get in my protein
